I think also wee bit more body fat nowadays for me compared to 2 yrs ago

Short dist nia..... heck even for cycling i dont go long distances per session compared to other cyclists....just frequent sessions. Those long slow high number of hrs (> 4 hrs) i also find it quite hard vs my kid.....like last Sun 9hrs with breaks, longest session yet but only 136km, my kid night time said can go out again if i want, i was totally wasted.
(Sat relatively short at 50+km)
I think maybe kids got really fast recovery, their 8-12hrs is like my 24hrs
Ya I think kids recover very fast.

Do u all find leg muscles the most difficult to gain as compared to upper body?
Not for me. But usually do more upper body than lower body since more "noticeable" aesthetics.

Have to force do a good leg workout to balance back.

Damn the Decathlon Kiprun shoe looks interesting.

But size out of stock! Totally flew under radar!

Edit: Taobao Decathlon store have stock. :D
this shoe runs very big (or rather long).. i had to size down a full size to get my usual fit.
also the plate in this shoe quite flexible .. kinda like zoomfly 6
tried this in store quite some months ago. all size was available then but no discount so didn't get.

Thanks both for sharing. I'll be happy if I can get a chance to try the kiprun in decathlon. A good contender against dynafish since dynafish can't be tried on locally (right?). Importing dynafish straight is a bit risky for the correct sizing and comfort. Regardless I'll research more on dynafish. My other only shoes which is relatively new is the asics dynablast.

Thanks for sharing! Maybe will go Decathlon to look see. The app says out of stock for my sizes UK9.5 and UK9(if size down).

UK8.5 is available but might be a tight fit.

Do you remember how the mid sole feels like? Some reviews said soft and bouncy which is my cup of tea.

on foot feel and just slow pacing in store. it does feel soft and bouncy. I recalled it's slight firmer than zoomfly 6 cos I was eyeing both of these shoes then (ironically didn't get either)

I actually came across this shoe sometime back after coming across this review. they did make a mistake (a-tpu and not pebax as they said)
