uncle finish virgin FM in one piece:ROFLMAO:

started slow (tons of people were like zipping pass me in the first few km). Managed to chase up to the 4h pace group around 7+km. Found a lady runner in the group with about the same cadence and followed all the way. Felt ok throughout , relaxed and still nasal breathing. Increased pace and left 4h pace group after 38km. Feels like a extended LSD

experience wise .. felt like 3div HM during my NS days. weather was nice water was plenty. And there were lots of gels!!! I ate like 6-7 and still had 5 left in my tights at the end.

I brought 3 packet of gels home. Actually my plan was to use the Saurus 1 and 2 gel at 39 km for the final boost. But I think I ate too much gel, until very jelak. Any more might make me vomit. So I brought them all home.
Check @GlassDoor how many packs he brought home.
Same. I stopped eating gels after 30km. Total I consumed 5 packs at unplanned intervals. Need a solid refueling strategy for FM. HM I know I will just take 2 at 7 and 14km.

No la my Coros HRM disconnected from my watch. No readings after 10km onwards. Definitely not below 150. I guess between 150-160 based on how I was feeling. 37km onwards maybe spike to high 160-170. That period I don’t feel too good, breathing was out of place so I just walk run.
good run especially after yesterday's HM. A good start.

Ni Jia quite fast and up and coming SEA runner. Think he is faster than SRY also

Fwah...for real. But i heard from Youtubers this year KL terok warm, so that shd mean something.

Today really chilling, full cloud cover and relatively low temps till 9.30am. So heng for the runners today.
In fact when i hit LCK rd i had a bit of a spine chilling moment after i passed the PIE section on Jalan Bahar and entered the "forested area"........real sudden blast of cold wave, pre dawn also. I tot the cemeteries had a part in that....but heng not 7th month. NEA says 24 deg C.

There is another Indo runner that is faster than both of them. Probably will take Gold at SEA games marathon

Well done to all the FM and HM runners during this weekend. Despite not participating any races for the past 2 days . I still feel a bit guilty not involving at all. But my focus for recovery after injury is more important.

So I went for a long run just now and managed to hit till 25km without any preparation. Choice of running shoe just now is adidas prime x2 strung which is quite heavy at 300g which really make my run until very exhausted.
