finally someone here has the feidian elite 6😁
I was in china so went to try the shoes in store..

My first reaction when trying the shoes was - wah so soft meh..

The softness is from the foam and bounciness is from the boom capsule.. if that makes any sense..

If sg li ning has the shoes.. suggest you all go try..

Sizing wise.. I bought tts..

How about getting the 1.5? Rmb 639 only. Remember that it's the 2.0 (pebax) that is firmer/more responsive.

The 1.5 same TPEE as the 1.0 and seriously not much change in density also. (or is it lagi exact same foam).
Or some even find it to be slightly softer even.

Wait a few more months, it'd be like the 1.0, totally gone.

BTW, Plaid 1.0, even tho soft, is totally capable performance wise of doing as fast as 3:00 to 3:20 paces, wont feel out of place when you put the power down and cadence goes past 190. The geometry (forward roll) also can support that.

And yeah as per softie lover, when running and pressing down that hard, if i use something like the Endorphin Speed 3 / Pro 3, i really cannot. Ah, also things like my Takumi Sen 8 with LSP. (that one i just like the black and neon green colourway nia, for show only)...but i use Takumi Sen 8 for sprint sessions is ok for low volume.

Only thing i scared about Plaid 1.0 softness + tallness is turning and esp that turn just outside 1 marina blvd which is off camber. Can really injure your ankle big time if seriously roll.

Already have plaid 1.5. At first it felt firmer than 1 and not enjoyable. Thought I received a chiong version.

Eventually it broke in. Softer but not as much as 1. It did felt more responsive. Somehow my best 10k runs always came wearing 1.5.

Speed runs I would prefer 1.

Endorphin Speed 3 really cannot. Reviews said quite soft but to me is firm. :s13:

My guess is QiaoDan and Li Ning has official representatives here in Singapore. They are telling the platform to discouraging us to bypass official representatives here.
Can always pay abit more and use 3rd party forwarder. End up still save quite abit compared to buying locally. Take the Feidian 6 elite. Shopee offical store selling at $300. Buy from taobao is like $60-70 cheaper after gst.

Wah lan, no wonder that time he blew. Just go tour tour holiday run but being "compeitive in nature " (no doubt, his genes all coded that way + some sprinking with ego lol) he was beside Sawe and probably some tactical stuff going on as well. But dont get me wrong, he needs that to win and im a big fan of him.

Another reason to buy 🤣

Some of you idol of him also.......

He is the only reason why I putting LN FD 6e on my wish list for next SCSM. Star power. Any favorable review that comes later are just validation my superficial choice was right.

For sure one. This is esp so for those who wants a "more recognised" shoe to race / run. Though for local running, definitely not as "brand conscious" than cycling.......i think not even for those groups like lululemon @ MBS / Orchard area waving flags.

Next week I see doc. It’s has been 5 weeks in cast and 5 weeks in splint. Believe next week doc will remove my splint.

but I have phobia of going back to cycling cos “traumatized” . Never expected to have such fall until fracture.

Ahh managed to find Run Elite's strides video......i watched this when he posted back when i was transitioning from racewalking to running and i thought it would fit into my training, though i was doing it a bit longer for 150-200m and probably a wee bit lower RPE/slower, coz i have even lower reps but higher intensity SITs.

His explanation is one of the clearest / most concise out there.

He was able to cut more than 30 seconds from his 2 mile (3.2km) TT without even trying much and without changing anything else.

Not saying that this would be life-changing for you compared to other sexier tools, but it is still money on the table left untouched.

Thanks for sharing. Think I will do this for the short term.

Had abit of plantar pain for the past week. Likely because ran in new shoes then I swapped the insole, maybe did not insert in properly...

Good morning Guys n Gals 😅

Keep it up man.......
Actually your cardiovascular fitness and associated running muscular strength is already somewhat above avg of the median for mid 60s cohort locally from what i see on PCNs / small parks.

I fell from the motorcycle when I was a teenager.

Until now I have the trauma.

I don't ride anymore. I cycle along PCN and sidewalks only.

Away for 1 week + for a holiday in Japan. No running, just let the body rest a bit after 1 year + of consistent running.

Was hoping to get a Coros Pace 4 over there but holiday season and it seems completely sold out over there. Gonna stick to my AW for now and it seems to work just fine. In the end, I bought Adios Pro 4 for 220sgd for a proper race shoe.
