Same here. I'm prioritizing ground feel, lower stack, crisp responsive bounce now. Some softness is a bonus.

Getting back the running feeling after months of fiddling around. Cadence improved from 172spm to 177~180spm. The ground feel helps a lot.

But recently stopped running for a week. First run after that went back to old ways again, 174spm.

Second run 176spm. Still a work in progress.

Sidenote: watched a Chinese reviewer CarlosMa said Leili2 GT is suitable for slow runs. And the forefoot can be compressed during running for ground feel. So tempted again. :s13:
i am also very tempted by Leili 2GT (RMB355), Mega 3Pro (RMB380) and the soon to be released Runsify Pivot (all non plated trainers)😜

Same shortlist haha. But have not self poisoned on the Runsifly Pivot yet. :s13:

Bmai carbon4 SL another interesting shoe even though it has a soft nylon plate. Forefoot looks very bendable and flexible. Only concern is the extreme rocker design.

Also it has a very thick stack, 40mm+. Since I don't run over 10km, probably don't need it.

My next purchase should be stocking up another pair of Qinghong Free in case it goes out of stock.

Coros Users, there's alternate Coros dashboard built by the community. It display your workouts differently, But the best feature is it can by link to chatgpt to talk about your runs and other metrics.

So far I found the downside is it can't copy and paste previous workouts on its calendar. I need it for my TAO training, coz I have to put those TAO schedule workouts into the Coros Calendat and simialr workouts from last week can be copy and paste in the original Coros training hub.

thanks for sharing. i am concurrently using another app (Sigma) that has an built-in AI function that provides summary, recommendations of the day's run and training plans to improve based on data of runs. If its available in SG, you can also try if it serves you well.

keep a look out of the thinner midsole version of 小鲶 which Dynafish has distributed to some Chinese runners for testing

Ya I just saw that on Taobao. Asked Qiaodan store about the difference and they said it's only new colourways.

Will wait and see if there are reviews saying it's the same product.

Looks like this Qinghong Free V2 is only an Autumn edition release.

Upper changed from very open, breezy and stretchy weave to closed weave fabric like Miro SL1.5 and Realrun R2.

Don't like this type of upper because not stretchy. It crumples up and feels strange. Also not suitable for sweaty feet.

Other changes are slightly more padded tongue and heel.

Midsole should be the same since Qiaodan did not claim any material change or improvement.

Your Qinghong free like bought only a few months ago, so fast got v2 liao.
I usually avoid those winter edition and autumn/spring edition I have to read reviews to confirm if they make the upper thicker or not.

Ya so fast, about 4-5 months. They should really have called it Autumn edition or V1.5.

From the video, looks not airy at all with no gaps or holes for ventilation.

Don't know when they start to have 0.5 update like the 361. I specifically remembered the QD FY PB4 has the summer and winter edition, they don't call it 4.5 then. I remembered coz I watched XHS for info to know which colorway belongs to the winter edition and avoid those.

Interesting explanation, how with grit and super shoes, one can still function with pain and won the Berlin marathon.
