Who is driving? I wouldn't think it was Kiptum, since he is putting alot of effort in training for the coming Rotterdam MArathon. He would risk his fitness with alchohol.High chance is drink driving according to some high profile athletes mentioned. R.I.P

6.24 min mile is like 9 min 46 sec 2.4km pace convertedStill faster than my fastest 2.4km pace.
Am -2kg and +4cm from that though
have you bought a new pair for your weekly runs?any of you have shoe recommendations for wide feet ? have already busted holes in two consecutive pairs of SAF emart NB running shoes within 9 months each, the latest one a wide variant...
- hole always on the right shoe, where the little toe is
- 5 to 8km each run, either on treadmill or outdoor PCN/pavement
- at least four runs a week
- BMI around 24
Ya. My fastest ever was 9:57, which strangely was as an NSman in the midst of long hours and days in the accounting Big 46.24 min mile is like 9 min 46 sec 2.4km pace converted
Definitely doable, know of one guy (non-amdk) 50+ yr old in the running club that I go to, able to run 4.45 min/km for 2 sets of 3km.

Not yet, still soldiering on with my existing emart kicks.have you bought a new pair for your weekly runs?
you can consider the following if you have not
1) Asics Nimbus 26
2) Brooks Glycerin 21
3) New Balance Fresh Foam X more v4
4) Saucony Triumph 21
5) Bmai Pure
Do try them out and see which give you the best comfort.
