oh, I meant how often u usually retire a pairalmost every run different pair, depending where i am.
I classify both as hard run, but alternate between zone 3/4 runs once a weekI think yours is more closely to Pyramidal method, since I saw you also do threshold training. In fact I think most of us are like that, coz threshold running sure be part of us coz it's more fun.
Actually, don't have to run a full HM to do HM, but it's a good way to assess if you can hit 2hrs if you run the full HM.i want to complete a half marathon within 2hrs this year. Still don't dare to commit until i can safely complete a full HM. hopefully in time to do 2 at the end of the year.

If you can run 2hr 5 mins outside, most probably can hit 2 hr in the real one because of pacers in the race.

A bit too early for me, I don't mind evening or late morning runs thoughAnyone going of Income Eco Run? I just signed up with my NTUC policy discount at $30. Price is hard to resist.
Know of someone in my running club, 1.49 half marathon, but her 5k is 23.23if not due to the suspension of my runs after the bad cold in dec, i will be very confident to complete within 2hrs as i was consistently completing 10km under 60min and was gradually completing longer distances, eg. 12km, 15km, 16km.
now am starting all over again.
I notice some females have pretty good scaling up to FM. Their 5km, 10km alot slower than me, but HM and FM faster.Know of someone in my running club, 1.49 half marathon, but her 5k is 23.23
For 2.00 half marathon, need around 26.xx 5k
