i tot xtep is carried by keypower. u can just keh siao walk in and test drive. i will be dared to walk n ask more qn so u can hands on tooNeed to seek China shoes expert opinion here on Xstep or 特步, coz I find the models rather confusing. I am looking for a race day shoes for the SCSM in December. So preferably a Vaporfly equivalent. Last year I used the Vaporfly NExt%2 so am now on the look out if Nike would ever repeat the same outlet sales which I got mine Next2 for under $110.
So am not doing homework for alternative on China shoes. And expand my search beyond Qiaodan.
Xstep has several carbon plated models, what's the difference between the 160X, 260X and 360X? It seems the 160X might be the race day shoes, especially the pro version? Then what are 260X or360X? Are they plated trainers companion like Saucony Speed 4 to the Endorphin pro4?

I think from earlier this year I started aiming for average zone 2 every run but what I did earlier was run at faster pace and then walked every few hundred meters to bring the HR down. Not good for the legs and in early April my left hip socket hurt, had to pause running for almost one week to let it heal. You zone 2 for how many months to get this low ah?

Thanks for the model breakdown, now have some understanding between them. Not looking at trainers, coz existing running shoes can be trainers, LOLbased on what I have gathered from 特步官方淘宝店,
160x series: race day, pro are tuned more aggressively for those seeking PB
260x series: for novice racers, tuned for lower speed
360x series: training shoes
160x5.0 series is supposed to be an improvement of 3.0 series. It is more stable, carbon plate is tuned/positioned to give an increase approx. 10% energy on forefoot area, lighter overall weight, more breathable, etc. However, many Chinese marathoners are still racing on 160x3.0 pro.
Am not too familiar with 360 series, but i heard good reviews on the xtep 2000km v2 as a daily trainer. You can find out more.
Maybe one of the day will go down and test the sizes.. But their prices here are very expensive. Doesn't make sense when during lazada sales, past season can get those branded supershoes cheaper. While xstep hardly have any local sales.i tot xtep is carried by keypower. u can just keh siao walk in and test drive. i will be dared to walk n ask more qn so u can hands on too
keypower overpriced and seldom have sales. Where did you see the vaporfly for $100?Maybe one of the day will go down and test the sizes.. But their prices here are very expensive. Bro, remember when you cross the finishing line, do stand around and cheer for me to clear, probably I will be the last few to cross the finishing line…No worries, you will see me behind you![]()
Bro, do take care….I stopped running regularly after i had a knee injury. now i just walk when i can
Can switch to other non impact exercises that can also demand the intensity. Spinning, elliptical or better the rowing machine.I stopped running regularly after i had a knee injury. now i just walk when i can
It's one of those rare moment when you are at the right place right moment. AT CCP Nike outlet. I herd the IMM outlet also has it about the same time I got it. If I recall it was $149, with further 30% off.keypower overpriced and seldom have sales. Where did you see the vaporfly for $100?![]()
