went jogging yesterday
saw a XMM running in sports bra, and a thought came to me immediately

PAP should encourage all girls to wear sports bra, this will motivate alot more guys to go exercise

and in turn will lead to a healthier nation!
I thought don't wear then more motivating.

i did run 21km a few times but it was very exhausting.
i had to stop and walk a few times. i think my endurance is at borderline for a sub2 as of now.
not sure if i can handle the pain. i wek.

Your 10km can go below 47 mins. It is very good. I am sure u can go sub 2 for 21km.

My 10km never go below 52 mins. But I could run 21km in 1hr 55 mins.

Yes. Using speaker on the phone. Cheap and easy.

Your 6 or 8 out of 10 effort run?

I usually run 8am or 5-6pm.

So I can feel you.
Wa tbh felt like an 8 today, i aimed 6-7. 6am run, so humidity is close to 100%...
OMG! How did you run so fast! It took me an hour ++ to hit 10km!

Just run lor, yrs of running..
how come your Z2 is such a huge range from 120-163bpm? i thought the band should be smaller.
based on my LTHR, my Z2 is 140 to 154bpm
duno man, i went to Coached lab to do LT test, those were my zones. But my higher zones are terrible, all probably less than 10 bpm between each other cos i dont train anaerobic systems at all.

Actually TAO schedule my pickup run like every 3 or 4 weeks once. The others are just normal steady state long runs. I actually find pickup run very siong for my current fitness. If done every week sure die. Once a month is ok for me.
My 10km not as fast you. But TAO has somehow set my economy run from 5:45 to 5:55. I really dread the day if it is 5:45. I know it is not easy pace, because at this pace, my HR is in a climbing trend right till the end. If it's not steady state, it is not an easy run. I don't know why suddenly it increase my economy pace to this zone 3 pace. I suspect the algorithm is trying to train me at race pace, and ignoring my current fitness.
my HR is always in a climbing trend for my easy pace lol
but it will stagnate after an hour at 150+bpm range.

For Singapore weather, yes I agree

But not many girls are daring and usually it's AngMo girl.

See if you can find a way to attach the tracker on your foot, so when you pedal, just maybe it can detect it as a step. LOL

agar agar first 10 minute will climb from standing HR. After that should stabilize if your intensity is below LT1. Above LT1 is will climb for a longer till you end, coz of lactate accumulation.
If it stablize at 150 bpm for you all the way to the end of your run, say more than 1 hour later, and you feel the run is not too hard, then maybe that it still under your LT1 or zone 2. 150 for zone 2 is quite normal for young and fit people in their 30s or ever the fitter lower 40s

But MVPA nothing to do with steps, it's the HR.

Most probably my HR too low to consider in the tracking.

Cycle for 1 hour also 0 MVPA.

I thought is was the step that didn't get clocked in due to the cycling nature.
