Runners infuriated after SF Marathon miscalculates course length​

In a letter to participants, the organizers clarified, “It came to our attention that, despite being measured and certified by a USATF-certified course measurer, the course was incorrectly measured, resulting in a length of 12.6 miles instead of the full 13.1 miles,” referring to USA Track & Field.

My pants feel a bit loose today. Dunno is it my tummy became smaller or my pants wanna spoil liao lol.

Took out my road bike and sent it to bike shop to replace parts. Cost $300...
Haven't cycled on that bike since pre covid days.

From now onwards I'm gonna cycle on any day that I wasn't running

Cycle 25-40km daily on non-running days would be pretty nice.

Guys, need some suggestions for my next jogging shoes. My Nike Pegasus from 2 years ago already cui.
I’m a casual slow jogger. Looking at either the ASICS novablast 4 or the New Balance Fresh Form More V4.

both are OK ah, i have slight bias towards ASICS hahahahaha, just try on both and see which one feels better lo..
