I have the Rebel v4, not sure how it compares to v3. It is too soft for my poor right ankle, but it feels good to run at different pace, quite responsive in terms of bounce.

30-40km/week (150-200km/month) is still quite a healthy bit of mileage as a recreational runner. Keep it going my friend.

Rebel V4 too soft 🤔

I remembered the route has sharp u-turn, and beside the Bedok Reservoir has most of its route on gravel and soft sand, natural energy absorber. Not a course for PB.
Yeah, definitely not for PB. I came in 18th overall, ran slower than my PB. But was a decent effort for the race course.

Was pacing with another runner for most of the way and then decided to take off in last 1km. Couldn't get my momentum up in the last half of the race, mostly due to the sand.

The Prisons run is really interesting with a number of uphill stretches lol... 40% of my run is on Zone 4 tells a lot about the slopes..
a dismal timing for myself but good to bring back some memories of running with so many people at the same tmie.

as usual bottleneck at the front.. the small run path doesnt help.

I saw zero90 in the top 5 for 5km.
Top 5 is really good. The 5th runner was in my wave, he runs 90k/week. Sub-3hr marathon in GCM.

That's probably my end-goal to reach. But for now, at 55k/week, getting consistent top 20 is good enough for me.
I really don't know how am I going to complete my HM 🥲
Can try run-walk method, might help you with completing HM

Usually hilly runs, harder to run good times. But if enjoy hills, can try bizad charity run next year lol

For those doing cycling, Republic Boulevard now very good to gun during the weekend mornings. And also Raffles Ave (to get back onto Republic Blvd).

F1 coming, swee swee baby's bottom smooth. Brand new one.
You can barely hear your slicks tyre sound.

This weekend i think my kid and I + my own separate training session we rounded like close to 30 rounds or maybe more than that. :ROFLMAO:
Next few weeks (maybe months) will continue gunning there and then cool down at MBS see scenery.
