Just imagine my waist from 115 cm drop to 85 cm and most people tell me my belly is gone.

Now I also don't really bother with my weight liao cause I know how to control it.

I had tried go sliming center, buy those nonsense abi products. All are a waste of $$$.

Yes, eating is one of the difficulty part, I'm like the Doraemon and recycle bin of the famiLEE, but nao turn down quite a lot of the recycling process liao🙏🙏

Infact the golden rule of losing weight is as long as your calories input is less than your calories output, you will lose weight liao.

But then it's good to do some body workouts like now I am beginning to see my 6 packs liao :s13:

My weight went down from 76-78 to 72-73 after jog for 4-5 months and then stuck there for long..

I have to switch rice to oatmeal for dinner then i see now progressing to 71

I jog 2x per week, 14-15 km and 10km

Seems like cycling is better for weight loss
My lightest weight was 68 during cycling days

U didn't have to queue for the finisher shirt? I heard there were 2 queues. One for shirt, one for bag pick up and shirt

Finisher Tee Shirt No Queue so I just go n get.

The horrible queue for the bag.

I used to be like you, no baggage. Just wear the exact running attire and skip baggauge deposit

But after super shoes with super critical foam were introduce, I wear slippers to race site and then change to the shoes. Just to maximize the bounce and cushion of the shoes for the race. I find from my training that these supershoes will become "dead" after a certain mileage into the run. Usually after 20km I will feel the 'magic' of the foam is gone. So on race day, I try to minimize the duration of wearing the shoes for the non-running parts.
