Then we are around the same ba...... still can gun one, one mistake would be to give in to the mantra that old liao so speed is gone.,,,mindset gone then everything is over. But need of coz specific trainings and more patience.

At least can run yellow ribbon together. I have been running alone for since the beginning of my journey.

Hearsay from a running group that there is no yellow ribbon run this year.

Anyways still got other races like running lab run and SCSM for alternatives.

I haven't buy xtep as a guy here advised me to buy on 6/18

Wonder should I buy the pro 3 or pro 5 or pro 3.5. These three should be good shoes but 3.5 should be 20buck less? I was thinking 3.5 will sell for 130 and 3 will sell for 150 during 6/18

I retired with no car, condo n cash whereas she living in condo with a car and holding a high position in a company.

It's totally off limit.

Seriously just go for pro 5.
Pro 3 actually is extremely aggressive, it does not work below 3:30 pace and can feel wierd. Extreme rocker.

Why concern all this status so much? If you both can clicked, enjoy talking with each other, the rest doesn't matter. Go and jio her for the next race, don't hesitate by these unnecessary thoughts.
