Raining weather came right after I am done with my workouts for the week..

2 times 1k of 1.5 work to rest . After that 3rd metatarsal bottom part pain liao.....sigh
Now after 2hrs at home,. 50% better Hope few days niggle will disappear...think whole week better just cycle.

But such VO2max stuff quite enjoyable, comfortable with the uncomfortable

AMDK are getting more adventurous. This guy has more Chinese brand shoes than most of us here. He provides good tips to those AMDK how to get one. Best thing is he now gets it thru Tao Bao via translation. SO no excuse for those SGrean who say they can't navigate TB apps.

This video he did a quick short reviews on some of this chinese shoes. Looking forward to his reviews for future shoes. His share on QD PB4 and 361 flame 3 or 4 in my case is the same. These two shoes feels like Vaporfly. He highly recommends DOwin racing shoes.

Number 2 Nutrition + hydration, active recovery (probably total rest days fall in tier 2).

Power. So hot and humid still can do 1.5hrs of 5:20 pace in the evening. Must be totally drenched after that.
I see many runners totally drenched nowadays, quite often the shorts and hair too.

And they enable you just to run as fast for the current shoes. Of coz just a few years ago it probably is a different story.

China bikes too......seriously in the amateur space really not much diff, as long as it is reliable and decent in production quality (some are really junk of coz). It's really the athlete. Of coz i dont know for those doing really hardcore stuff, but for the regular amateurs that you see 99.5% on the roads doing the occasional race it's more than sufficient.
But of coz for cycling, branding matters a heck lot more than running.

Ya crazy yesterday. 5.30pm start 10k run. Not sunny but very humid.

Sweat buckets until shorts also wet. Usually won't.

Shocker when I got home. My S23 phone with IP68 rating.. the screen turned fluorescent pink, blue, yellow colour. WTF!

Did some inspection and found water droplets got into the pen slot and also bottom screen sealed area. Must be the sweat...

Knock knock out many water drops still no go.

Then I used a hot air gun to blow dry for 10 minutes. Heng this time the screen turned back to normal.

Can boot in again even though will still turn fluorescent a couple times.

Today seem more stable. Hope it continues.

I m back after a 7 km run. Totally drenched. Sweat dripping off my shorts. Started at 7am, end before 8am

lost 3kg of fluid.

I chance about his dowin pb4 review. He claims it has almost similar performance compared to the Adios pro 4 at 1/4 of the pricing. I might eventually get it after I have cleared off some shoes from my rotation
