Same colour as your shoes, got this on Saturday when I went Malaysia.

Will put these shoes to the test today, doing lace adjustments. So that I can run hard on Tuesday.

Pai seh ah, but where can I read more (objective information) about these China brands running shoes? Am still very much using Jap / US brands, but seems like more n more find these China brands to be of good price and quality.

@xllms is more knowledgeable with the various brands here. I only know Qiaodan and Bmai are value for money.
for me I get my updates from the Singapore QiaoDan runners on facebook. the admin there will periodically update new info from his weibo.

do the laces adjustments make a huge diff? Have never experimented with lace adjustment before

My shoe non-carbon plate, but is a racing shoe. Good to use for tempo/progressive long runs.

My 6-8km timings should be faster if I transit to this.

Anta China Brand got their own shop here in Singapore.

Xtep, I think it's available in Decathlon here. I saw Decathlon Online Singapore selling.

The rest of other brands can always get opinions from runners here which I think a lot already using.

Training plan for the 10km

Week 1: 6km pandan reservoir
Week 2: 2 loops around bedok reservoir (8.6km) > passing requirement
Week 3: 10.5km macritchie reservoir > A grade
Week 4: 2 x 6km pandan reservoir > A+ grade

Just need to do 2 loops around bedok reservoir then can call it quits.
