Maybe is lactose intolerance?

It's Creatine that i am referring to, so no lactose.

But anyway my stuff just arrived last evening. For whey protein, i tried 50g just a little more than 1 big scoop to test and i felt just a wee wee bit of "bloating" feeling. I put quotes coz it wasn't even of any issue, just that if you tried to carefully feel your stomach and testines, you know it's that full feeling. I didnt eat much for dinner so it wasn't overeating, just shared 1 packet of bak chor mee and 2 small cans of sardines with my wife, so....
My lactose sensitivity shd be fine with whey, coz ultimately i itend to just do 20g of powder daily (12.5g protein)

Anyway, the double choc whey protein that i got tastes good, think i will hoot 2 more tubs.
For strength training with the resistance bands and push ups, lately i started to take it through failure for some of the exercises, ie drop sets. See how it goes.
Actually need to find another type of push ups from youtube liao, the decline (feet on a chair) and diamond push ups with slowed pauses during the eccentric phase a bit no kick. But then i am still far far away from planche. :ROFLMAO:

I use mainly Balega’s compression socks. They are extremely comfortable and cost below $20 from Amazon when on sale.

Actually I buy base on reviews.

This is my 2nd pair.

So can get below S$20 ?

Went for a run after the heavy rain yesterday evening,

Weather jin nice and managed to do a 5:02 split pace of 5km. Never hit this timing for almost 15-20 years already
Nice! But be careful of slippery pavements after raining

there's a fine line between bloating and satiety.

In general taking 30gm of whey protein can cause satiety for most lasting 3-6 hours. It is not surprising that 50gm will tilt you to the bloating stage

Ok, great.....i've just taken slightly more than half a scoop (30g) and that is with a light lunch. (90 grams Soba + 1 x don don donki frozen saba, rinsed off most of the sauce). Lets see what happens.

If everything is ok, i shall be getting another 2 more tubs.
