What the F......... you only purchased not long ago. My SCE3 is a bit worn there but mileage is also high. Think you not land enough mids (ok, forefoot might not be for everyone esp wo strength training).

But fear not, can get from TB and DIY glue. xllms kai siao one. Cheap cheap......get 2-3 sets, so even if it comes off, just re-do. No issue one. Just enough to cover the soft midsole and prevent that one from being chewed up (and it can be chewed up real fast)

Forgotten about this useful product. Now recall it.
Those shoe glue from china really works well, better than contact cement. My upper and midsole glued are still intact after two long runs.

Really admire people who want to sleep, can sleep. Like my wife, she just settle down on bed and within 5 minute deep sleep liao. While I can turn here and there forever.
Hey bro, me too.
Like yesterday after work, went home, bath, watched TV about 5 min.
I looked at the clock 4am.
Then on the bed...
Open eye, 10am plus..
Oh..I ko without knowing.m

I also find it surprisingly.

Maybe I dragged a few times on the heel 🤔

Just curious, is your 5km daily a threshold run? i.e. the end of your run is shag out.

Coz even daily 5km, weekly volume is not high at 35km, so knee should be able to take this load if there are sufficient base building.

Floris Gierman, the go to guy on anything MAF running. MAF running works to certain extent, but after the end of the programme when we maxed out all the benefits from this aerobic training, most would benefit to transit to polarised training.

Here is he doing a sub 3 marathon in his conversational pace.

Wah paing bro have you injected some red blood cells

My treadmill run is very different as compared to outside.

You will never see this pace if I am running outside

If one day, my outside pace same like my treadmill, then something is really wrong :s22:
