this part i maybe able to answer... i used to not be able to quantify but if i wear a normal trainer like mach 4, nb3, dn2 vs vf2 with the same heart rate the pace would be 5.50km/hr for the formers and 5.30km/hr for the latterregarding bolded, how much does it improve one's pace for a 10K compared to say, those cheapo SAF emart PT shoes ?
my friend who bought with me brought it out to a cobbler to sew the upper to midsole... looks Frankenstein but he move on to vf3Before you give up maybe can experiment try hammer nails in or use screws to reenforce![]()

I can't give exact number for your specific questions. But there are some experiments done, ZoomX foam rebounce are the top. Also there another experiment where they put runners on those VO2 mask and run on treadmill, to measure energy expenditure before and after supershoes. Nikes came up among the top.regarding bolded, how much does it improve one's pace for a 10K compared to say, those cheapo SAF emart PT shoes ?
shin splints is really must strengthen calf. https://myhealth.alberta.ca/Health/...information/pages/conditions.aspx?hwid=bo1640Yhanks, that's why I cancelled my long run yesterdays, and run 6km. Tonight test again, even if pain level 2/10, I will change to short run on the spot.
The whole day compression sleeve seems to work. Maybe placebo. LOL, Doing Tibilias raise last night and today.
Think might need to do some plyo jump or hopping exercise. Will research on youtube on this.
no la. it's years and years of predominantly (>95%) zone 2 training for my mountaineering trips. gotten used to itMaster of low HR
Do you think you're overstriding? This usually leads to shin splints, correcting gait will help a lot.. increase cadence, reduce stride length.. got try this before? How's your ankle now?
Right now, I have early sign of possible shin splint. Quickly calf compression sleeve for the whole night and day. Cancelled my LSD and ran short 6km only instead. Tonight will see if can run with the compression sleeve.
yah. Do take care on your shin splint issue. Did you change your running shoes or increase the intensity? No hurry to gain back. Slowly and gradually increase pace over days or weeks.
I wouldn't recommend using the army emart shoes. Have ran 437km on it so far, it's durable but too heavy. Do my recovery runs on it, running slower than my racing flats, Asics Hyper Speed 3, next day leg feels more sore.aiyo too much trouble liao
last pair of emart PT shoes lasted me through almost 2k km, gradually busted a hole on each shoe's fabric upper (where the small toe is) despite them being 4E width
were still serviceable despite the support (not much to begin with) getting compressed till it lost too much stability for my liking
Ah I see, I usually go around 6pm when my work ends. 5pm, only on weekends if I go for a run there.
My stride length has always been under 1m. I think most likely over train due to the adaptive training plan suddenly increase me training load.Do you think you're overstriding? Thanks. Yes, increased in training load and pace by TAO. I think I need the AI to reassess my easy pace. I am asking the customer support at TAO how to go about to get TAO to lower my pace, watiing for a response.yah. Do take care on your shin splint issue.
