Actually why my right feet behind swollen was because I was running on one of the day and then I sprinted and chase to clear the traffic light but in return sprained my right ankle, feel pain suddenly then I tried to slow down and continue the run and slowly it become more worse.

So now need to really protect it wait later cannot run.

Understand your method but isn't it better to be more consistent ?

Yes, I saw runners doing that in the Skechers Race recently.
Swollen, take a break liao. rest the legs. do some other exercise.

All my NB Sneakers Made in England or USA one I ordered online cost me more than $200 per pair which I think you all should know the prices.

My Audiophile hobby cost me about $100K.

My photography hobby cost me about $25K.

People now really very rich. 1080 V13 @ 200++ also hoot finish as if clearance sales!
I must keep on reminding myself, there are no shoes that has to be a 'must have' shoes. Even the Nike Vaporfly NExt % 2 to me is the ultimate running shoes for me, I also won't buy it at retail price. A couple of months at CCP outlet, I had right in my hand the VP Next% 3 for $179 in US12. I also put it back even though that's the ultimate want to buy shoe for me. I will wait till it goes sub $150 then consider again. But then again might not, coz already have QD PB4.0, which I haven't tested yet.

I used to be a goondo kia. Salesman whatever say this or that I nod my head.
Bondi 6 $218 buy. NB zante pursuit $180 buy
Actually if suit you is fine. Wear wrong type of wrong shoes get injured is even worse. (another story of mine :s13: )

Maybe I'm conditioned by shoes last time. Most outsole don't last long for my runs. I had one NB forgot which model became threadbare around 200km...

Better ones last around 300-400km. One of the most lasting was HomeTeam Mizuno orange colour shoes. Ran over 700km with it.

So I prefer waiting for discount before hooting. Since they don't last long anyway.

But got to admit over the past few years, running shoes across most brands are alot more durable than before.

Can largely say the premium is worth it. Just not my style.

Ya it's good to have a cap in mind. Also know what type of shoes is suitable for own feet and running style.

Too many shoes out there. Will never finish using if buy everything that piques interest.

But talking is easy. :s13:

Recently I bought 4 China shoes of which really only one is to my liking. Really is backside itchy. :s13::s13:

That's the price I paid for in Sun and Sand Sport Shop in Westgate but only the black n white were on sales with limited sizes.

But then if you don't mind waiting for few more months when V14 out, I think can get lesser than $100 in their outlet stores.

Currently my 5K is about 43 minutes.

To be able to finish in 30 minutes will need to run at a pace of 6 minutes which is too fast and even if I can reached that pace, I will never be able to maintain running at this pace for long.

Maybe when my right feet get better then see cause I don't want to stress my feet too much.
Your 5km timing totally don't correspond to your 17km timing on the treadmill. There's just something very wrong with your treadmill some where some how siah....
