Day 3 of my jogging

Very disappointing day...not a single cute XMMs jogging today
Thought weekends will have more girls but instead mostly guys or aunties
All the XMMs go paktor instead of jogging???


1,5km in 11 mins, slight improvement over the past 2 times

can join those running clubs, i got dragged to go by my gf. got alot

hurdler ran 46.46 for hurdles and 43.13 for the relay split (400 PB 44.21).
200m olympic gold medallist ran 43.03 for the relay split (400 PB 44.29).
400m olympic silver medallist ran 43.00 for the relay split (not anchor runner, his PB is 43.44).

Watching the women marathon now. 19C , 66% humidity. Consider hot for these runners. Can see almost everyone of them had to splash water on themselves every now and then.

The city route is quite scenic. Other than the brutal hills, this route is quite enjoyable for the city scene.

I didn't take NSAIDs, doctor asked me to rest for 2 weeks. She said better don't run

28km - 30km killer hill climb. Can see from the video. No wonder Kipchoge DNF at around here.

Some conditions can run, and actually recommended to run, eg ITBS. But at least for me, my experience with all these stuff (and similar) like last time PF is that need to take something to put out the fire ASAP.
A runaway condition is definitely not good.
The same goes for my wife's RA / rheumatoid arthritis. Aggressive treatment.

In cycling they call it marginal gains.
