Data not accurate. Last month when i clocked 200km, sometimes i felt tired but indicated my body is at 80-90%.COROS says you are good to go. No overloading. LOL.

 You’re on the right track, just remember to listen to your body lah. Maybe start with a mix of jogging and brisk walking, then slowly build up your distance. Sometimes the best motivation is seeing those incremental improvements, right?
