Just hooted novablast 5 $177 from shopee asics official (redeemed about $4 worth of coins)

I think is a relatively good price for new model in Singapore context. Just abit sad that dont have the purple color.

wa never really put thought into this until you mentioned but yeah i tend to land on my heels first... tomorrow run i will try to land mid foot

have got dr scholls PF insoles, hopefully it helps,
wa lao.. bro. theres few reason why i do mid/front foot strike. The other reason why change is cause of leg cramp esp calf when u do long distance heel strike (10k +). Mid/Front strike is faster.

Garmin users here never kenna boot loop issue?
https://www.dcrainmaker.com/2025/01/garmin-watches-are-crashing-when-trying-to-start-gps.html

My Forerunner 265 kenna stuck at triangle screen when turned on this morning as i wanted to go for a run. Garmin official solution is to hard reset the device but if you dont want to do a hard reset(and re-setup), then try this fix to see if works for you.
Yeah I posted this earlier.

I was lucky to avoid activity on the day.

Massive global outage and outrage.

Got this

1.4kg thrust.

1. Dry toilet floor
2. Dry HDB corridor after pressure washing, be it Town council washing or my own pressure washing
3. Dry flat floor after mopping.
4. Dust away HDB corridor every weekend or when my own immediate corridor has those small leaves
5. Dry bicycle chain and cassette after washing
6. Dry shoes (if buy 2 fans, 1 min should gao dim on a relatively dry lower RH% day)
7. Bicycle thrust on walkways. See if LTA catch or not. :ROFLMAO:

8. Replace squegee for drying windows with this. Should be much faster and less lehche.
9. Blow dry aircon FCU after cleaning as last step. (sometimes evaporator coil would be clogged coz forget to use the pressure washer to finish off by spraying evaporator coil again after finish spraying the cage fan, those would often DIY clean would know what i mean)

If good, will get another piece. Divide and conquer, coz each unit can only sustain like 3 mins max operation. Or just use 2pcs together in some instances, eg gun the HDB corridor or home mopping....chop chop

This one i think 1 to 1.2kg thrust only

Bonus

This one could be anywhere from 5 - 9kg thrust (90-120mm models, Li po high discharge rate packs)

Always believed in that......

I really hope the strength training (both bike and bands) pays off....so far so good but i am still hungry for more.

Now incorporating off saddle sprints as well. Same old same old SITs for running. Always enjoyed that.
Neuro being one, i think for older age health also good for motor units maintenance (ie delay their die off as i step towards age 60s )
