So far I have never removed insoles other than to wash or when I had plantar and had to put in custom insoles for more stability haha
The reason i asked the question is with and without insole are 2 different ways to run with this pair. With an additional insole, esp. with BMAI similar midsole material insole, it will increase the stack height and make it more suitable for slower and longer runs. Of cos, one has to order half or one size larger to add the insole.

I run my QD FY PB2 and 3 without in sole. 😅 . Less stressful on my right toe.

Just hooted novablast 5 $177 from shopee asics official (redeemed about $4 worth of coins)

I think is a relatively good price for new model in Singapore context. Just abit sad that dont have the purple color.

wa never really put thought into this until you mentioned but yeah i tend to land on my heels first... tomorrow run i will try to land mid foot

have got dr scholls PF insoles, hopefully it helps,
wa lao.. bro. theres few reason why i do mid/front foot strike. The other reason why change is cause of leg cramp esp calf when u do long distance heel strike (10k +). Mid/Front strike is faster.

Garmin users here never kenna boot loop issue?
https://www.dcrainmaker.com/2025/01/garmin-watches-are-crashing-when-trying-to-start-gps.html

My Forerunner 265 kenna stuck at triangle screen when turned on this morning as i wanted to go for a run. Garmin official solution is to hard reset the device but if you dont want to do a hard reset(and re-setup), then try this fix to see if works for you.
Yeah I posted this earlier.

I was lucky to avoid activity on the day.

Massive global outage and outrage.
