Got this

1.4kg thrust.

1. Dry toilet floor
2. Dry HDB corridor after pressure washing, be it Town council washing or my own pressure washing
3. Dry flat floor after mopping.
4. Dust away HDB corridor every weekend or when my own immediate corridor has those small leaves
5. Dry bicycle chain and cassette after washing
6. Dry shoes (if buy 2 fans, 1 min should gao dim on a relatively dry lower RH% day)
7. Bicycle thrust on walkways. See if LTA catch or not. :ROFLMAO:

8. Replace squegee for drying windows with this. Should be much faster and less lehche.
9. Blow dry aircon FCU after cleaning as last step. (sometimes evaporator coil would be clogged coz forget to use the pressure washer to finish off by spraying evaporator coil again after finish spraying the cage fan, those would often DIY clean would know what i mean)


If good, will get another piece. Divide and conquer, coz each unit can only sustain like 3 mins max operation. Or just use 2pcs together in some instances, eg gun the HDB corridor or home mopping....chop chop

Bonus

This one could be anywhere from 5 - 9kg thrust (90-120mm models, Li po high discharge rate packs)

Just now saw Poon (Quantum racing) on the road. F u g, his size really monster IRL.

Dont know when i can train till his level. :ROFLMAO:
Will need heckloads of (correct) strength training + good nutrition + optimized recovery.

Always believed in that......

I really hope the strength training (both bike and bands) pays off....so far so good but i am still hungry for more.

Now incorporating off saddle sprints as well. Same old same old SITs for running. Always enjoyed that.
Neuro being one, i think for older age health also good for motor units maintenance (ie delay their die off as i step towards age 60s )

Yes it is, 1.6k is starting from pri 5 as first real compulsory test. My kid that time even made up excuse and reported sick to PE teacher. :ROFLMAO: (I actually trained actual assisted pull ups for him, to do his incline hang or something)


Anyway, it's wierd that schools still on NAPFA, with standing broad jump and shuttle run etc....while IPPT is only sit ups, push ups and 2.4.

I was terrible at it even at my peak fitness

I usually fail coz of this, 202 or 206cm was usual for me then.

Now i know what is issue, i dont have technique (difficult to train, unsure what's the root cause), plus i never do / train plyometrics which would help develop the necessary muscle fibres and explosive power to help cover the lack of technique.

haven been busy exploring over the holiday period. went to kent ridge park, bukit batok nature park, west coast park....
