ps. Cant be pro. Pros do not overtake so many other runners like that in a real race coz they dont start that far back.

Challenge Idea - Try to start in the last pen and get sub 3 or sub 1:30

Xiaonian really snappy for me. Usually my cadence wearing other shoes is 169-172.

But with Xiaonian, easily 175 cadence.

First run @5.45 pace
Second run try slower @ 6.05 pace

So snappy and encourage every step transition.

First run everything stock. Like this video review mentioned, the flimsy insole is useless but you get to feel the ground.

Second run I changed to Qiaodan Plaid 大牦牛 insole. Bought for less than 10 bucks. Slightly more cushioned and more bounce.

You guys can try play with insole for different experience.

Saw a young guy looking at my feet. Eyes seems to be asking "What schoolboy shoes are those?"

Great deal probably is coz he is earning in UK. For us we know the TB price ba..... if dont mind not from official store (but still legit tmall stores that have solid rep / legit reviews) is around SGD 70+ and 35rmb direct ship.
