Was targetiing 4:50, but actually doing 4:55 do keep in within manageable and a not a killing session. I think this Li Ning FD 6e is only suitable for elites. HOw fast the pace should be to be able to unlock the benefits, I don't know. My guess would be those running sub 4 min/km pace. Faster more stability, like bicycle more stable when moving faster. And those with lesser the ground contact time, the lesser the time on ground, the lesser stability issue will affect you. I am just too slow to benefit from it, and to have negative impact too. When I used the VP fly 2 NExt%, that was unstable too, but didn't felt that negative impact.

Now got to go back to the chinese reviews, and start looking again at other shoes. checking out 361 Flame 5 ( one reviewer said suitable for sub 4 hours marathoners), plaid 3?
So far wore it for income eco run. I think up to 4:15/km-4:30/km still ok as that was the pace I was going at. I can feel the energy return. But ya the faster you are the nicer it feels.

Tried everything still can't work until I add advice and paired the watch to the phone again .

Now my Garmin 965 watch is able to read and receive from the phone

Sometimes the BT pairing damn terok one.

Once in office, i also had an issue with the keyboard unable to pair with the laptop even remove device and re-add. Typed in the 6 digit PIN and it'd not pair successfully.
Forgot what i did, searched google and removed something (like some file or some device in add-remove program) then could re-pair.

Oh i remember now, go to computer management, devices, need to remove some seemingly unrelated USB device and then let it scan for hardware changes, let it auto re-add, and then can already. I found this info via google, on some website. You go to the normal bluetooth remove device and then re-add is useless one.

No wonder you got first. LOL
Unlike other aggressive plated shoes like vaporfly which doesn't penalize you when running slower at 5:30min/km pace. The 6e really meant only for fast runners at 4:30 or faster.

da li ma .... should get another pair of lifeng sl or give red hare 9u a try
Consider Qiaodan Qinghong Free too.

Very light, very natural. Low stack/drop, ground feel. Non plated with stability shank. Flexible.

In fact, most natural shoe I ran in recent years. Getting back the real running feel with this shoe.

Also fulfills the product name. Light and run freely.

I don't have Adios 9 but did a comparison with the Runrepeat review.

Ticked above 90% of the Adios pros.

I think they made the Forefoot width wider than Adios for more stability.

I tried twisting the shoe. Seems slightly less flexible than the Runrepeat review. Maybe another change for more stability?

Also very breathable. And comes in White for your wife. :s13:

Only con is the midsole is slightly soft.

No problems for slow run but might sap abit of energy for faster runs.

I swapped out the insole for the Plaid insole which is abit firmer and bouncier and felt better.

Qiaodan should consider making another version with a firmer and bouncier midsole. That would work great as a 5k and 10k race shoe.

Add-on: Recently my plantar got better. Running with this shoe seems to further improve my condition.

Yesterday did slow poke 6:45 run for 6km. Then tried 1km at 5:30pace. Followed by 4 strides below 5mins.

Virtually no pain. Today at most 0.5 pain. Feeling good. :D

I saw a few days back on their tb flashship store. Already listed but not avialble yet. imo I very much prefer the current ver 1 upper. Ultra breathable. No hotspot. Drain well and very good foot lockdown.
I think our foot shape and gait are similar. The lifeng SL really fits so well to our foot shape, wouldn't want to change the upper. Seriously considering this pair for my BYD marathon.

Qing Hong is really the old days flats profile. I think this shoes also can work well for tracks.

Ya should work great for tracks too. Yesterday also ran 100m at 4:45 pace before toilet break.

Very connected to the ground and could feel every push-off.

For $50, really a steal.

I am considering that as well. But I have adios 9 in rotation already plus a new pair in waiting (goes to show how much I like the shoe). Will buy if it goes below 50sgd shipped to door.

Reason why I am considering red hare 9 ultra is that quite a few pairs of shoes in my rotation is near their end-of-life (2 X sl2, 1 X boston 12). So I am in need of another pair of daily run / mileage soaking shoes. I really like lifeng SL so getting another pair is being considered as well.

If you enjoy that you should definitly try adios 9. It definitely will have more ground feel.
It is often discount cos very few people can appreciate the shoe.

Think I saw it at around $100. Was hoping for cheaper. :s13:

But main worry is whether it's too narrow for my bunion feet.

i dpn't know if you have tried adi AP3 before. The similarity between the two shoe is uncanny! take the rods out of AP3 and what you get is lifeng SL. the geometry, sweet spot both same same. I will still race in AP3 for the added kick at faster paces.

Get both Lifeng and Red hare haha.

Lifeng when you feel like doing the work. Redhare to just bounce along.
