Yea shoes can indeed be a point of interest as i mentioned. Anyway if one needs some motivation and fun goals in this aspect , can also be obssessed with the times / training methods used or even start training with the running groups (social aspect). These are far more sustained than buying, coz when the space hits the physical storage limit, then one would be out of luck liao.

it becomes an issue if the rate of purchase is > than the usage rate, and also exacerbated if weekly mileage is not high. I still have over 12 pairs of shoes in the cupboard despite stopped buying for like 3 years alr and even add a new 6 single rack tall shoe rack.......some pairs even chucked into the water/electrical riser due to shoe rack constraints. :ROFLMAO: Coz my wife also has a few pairs.

I am sure I am on the lower end of the spectrum and some have well over 50 pairs of shoes. :ROFLMAO:
i am glad to say none of the running shoes shoes in cabi are older than 2024. It helps that my churn rate is about 5-6 pairs a year. I am quite selective about my shoes.. and if I find a shoe I like. I end up running in multiple pairs of them. Case in point: I just stock up another pair of AP3 for 118 from the adidas sale last week.

maybe someone should step up and have a "shared storage" for shoe.
1) Send shoe to a storage
2) Schedule for switching of shoe

Additional services to clean and wash the shoe

Locking in this plaid 3 to be my BYD shoes. This reviewer's performance is roughly the same as me, and his size is US11, not too far off from my 12. Super shoes, aren't meant to run slow, but during marathon, running slow, at certain portion of the race is inevitable, and so one choose a shoe that doesn't penalize you for running slow. I can say Li Ning FD6E does penalize slow runners, in term of putting more energy to counter instabiility.

wow you guys are so elite.

Nowadays I run and swim 20-30min each only. My swim is at 65% of MHR.

ya my body still weak and my garmin data went hayware
say i rest the swimming for 10hour lol
Probably the HR data is inaccurate. Hence, I'm using a HRM 600.

After running, I only swim 400-600 m. ☺️

My farthest is 1.2km swim if I don't run.

I'm quite new to swimming.

Most people take creatine for their muscles. What they don't know is that they're massively under-dosing for the organ that matters most: their brain.

Dr. Darren Candow, who has published over 120 papers on creatine, walks through what happens when you increase the dose from the standard 5 grams to 10 grams or more, and the results are not what most people expect.

He begins with the Stroop test, a cognitive challenge in which Steven has to name the colour of words rather than read them. Steven fails within seconds.
In the landmark study, participants had to perform this test for 90 straight minutes. Those who took 20 grams of creatine beforehand showed statistically significant improvements in speed and accuracy compared to placebo. The brain was using creatine to maintain cognitive performance under stress in real time.

Discover:
• Why 5 grams of creatine covers your muscles but misses your brain entirely
• The Stroop test that proves creatine improves cognitive performance under stress
• How 20 grams daily for 8 weeks increased brain creatine by 11% in Alzheimer's patients
• Why adding creatine to antidepressants doubled the remission rate for depression
• The study of 200,000 adults linking low creatine intake to higher depression rates
• Why young female athletes slept 1 hour longer on training days with creatine
• The reason weight training is the "hammer" and should come before cardio

Currently Amazon Prime Day sale Garmin HRM are cheaper than what i see on Shopee/Lazada. Unless you intend to buy from outside shops to utilise CDC vcouchers?
