Coros and Garmin User, ChatGPT now has plugins for you. Install them and ChatGPT can access data directly from Coros or Garmin, and provide coaching and analysis.

But I am using Montis.icu, coz it pulls data from interval.icu. Interval.icu has more useful metrics that Chatgpt can use. But Montis.icu plugin has to be installed from Montis.icu web page here,

After finalizing my plan, as shown here my Norwegians Singles created by ChatGPT with my requirements, I can ask it to create the workouts and updated into my COROS calendar. Saved me a lot of hassle. I used to manually create COROS workouts when I was with TAO.

I heard from the haze thread that even threadmills are also largely OOS, i mean those cheaper ones lah. Is that true?
Same as masks, or Air purifiers.

ps. For cheaper/activesg gyms generally, i think same as the APs, masks, retail treadmills...... just forget it, dont even waste brain cells. Unless your area (our area?) you can find a true gem and dont have to queue much or someone staring at your backside chao gan #!@%$!@# coz you doing 1hr run (not even long run for god's sake dont even think about it )


pps. I tried TMCR last night with an unofficial group......5km at LT2 with VO2max RPE for like 60s at the end ok leh, around 7.5 mins effort. Tough, but largely ok. Before that zone 2 with the grp. Home stretch cheong ah, as usual.
With K-block KF94, the top mask that i have, large filter coverage and fits me like a glove, very low breathing resistance the best that i have, coz of the large filter area.

no it won't. it was first appeared during Beijing marathon expo for publicity purposes primarily due to the sponsored Japanese runner and some other overseas sponsored runners would be wearing them for races. I believe the shoe will be released to the public later this year after shanghai marathon.

Li Ning traditional will lelong their shoes after a certain month pass by. In the past I got the 5c for less than SGD60, 9 Ultra for sgd65.
I think 7E can go under $150 after a few months.
So does ANTA.
But Qiaodan their plaid series doesn't lelong much. I wanted to wait for plaid 3 to drop to SGD120, until you said got ponding issue, which I pull it out of my wish list liao.
