Today return trip to sg now via woodlands is very very badly jam.
Delivery trucks are taking 2 lanes and are leaving one vehicles lane to be shared by buses and cars.
The congestion starts from jb customs: almost in stationary mode

Heng, I left around 12.30, both customs were clear but lorries already occupied two lanes.

TUTA area too many local driving and limited parking lot, short distance can grab

Yeah I agree, but I feel a bit off I pay for parking at Tasek central then pay for grab to TUTA for a meal and then grab back. The family are not picky eaters so we just explore Tasek Central Area for a quick meal before the kids go indoor playground and the wife go massage.

Recently there is increase in electricity tariffs.
It started a new costing of added charges for heavy users and discounts for light users.
My Monthly billing is less than Rm40 as I only stay in for a day or 2 nights a week with one running near empty fridge.

Then u waste money on solar panel for what?

Avantgarde hotel only 2*, you drive can stay further away better hotel.
The Leverage Hotel or The Square, I think better.

Btw I'm regular for Avantgarde hotel pre-covid.

Oh is it? I saw online avantgarde is 3 stars, same as the square. Hako TUTA is actually 2 stars, so I’m not sure is it true or not. Anyway, we chose avantgarde because it’s the best of the 4 or 5 hotels area the Sutera area, and they have two queen/king beds rooms like the square, and also the wife wanted to explore Sutera area (instead of Tasek) for better massage. So likely we will just parked in front of the avantgarde again, and then explore the area and walk to Sutera mall for the kids’ indoor playground.

Yes, Avantgarde location is very good. Don't take room next to lift lobby, we have nightmare, the wall is thin, can hear who ever is talking while waiting for the lift.

Yes, for massage, Tasek is bad choice. Sutera got a few but only Bali Thai is good, I used to be a regular there.
Paradigm Mall got 2 but more ex.
Bukit Indah got a lot, that's why I choose to stay there.

I have ordered many items from the China Pinduoduo a few months ago and waited patiently thinking it is shipped in container via shipping.
These China people are the world’s biggest scammers.
All of them prompted for reviews when I didn’t even receive a single item.
A few thousands down the drain.
I even ordered a portable toilet with toilet bowl, shower heads basin all built in.

The tracking should show the item last location mah~

I just placed orders at PDD few days back, some reached the China warehouse, now waiting few more to reach then will do a consolidate shipping to SG~ hope nothing cockup~
