Above $750 have free delivery..

But anyway take note that even thou they can bill you in SGD, your CC might include a CCY conversion charge(Which is purchases done at a foreign website from SG even thou they bill you direct in SGD)..I know OCBC is 0.8%..

the prices in JPY are regulated so the price vendor between the different vendors are not going to vary alot...I usually just buy from JTB as they allow online order and deliver to you house

In tokyo, Ic pass mainly means pasmo and suica.

Only if u like arrive and depart from Tokyo airport then yea..More worth it..If like landing in Osaka then departing from Tokyo or vice versa then no need..
