anyone here ballot for 3 rooms punggol?
i just called HDB and they told me if i ballot for Opal i can only choose from Opal as the income ceiling for Opal n Cascadia is different .

For 4 rooms & 5 rooms, u got a choice as income ceiling is the same

Clementi BTO

anyone went down to check out the Clementi floorings etc? though am heading down this Sat to view, am kinda nervous>.< anyway my selection for a 3room is on 3/9/12 8.45am hello in advanced to all my future neighbours...so heng to get it last time applied with x hubby 3x Jurong (with MP help) all failed. now applying as divorcee 1st time got it wonders how the balloting works...i may be getting 115 unit though...haix west sun but according to fengshui its good for me the unit...

I think unit 115 will not have too much of west sun.. Unit 113 will blocked the west sun for 115.

It depends on how u think of it.
It may not be a bad thing to have the west sun facing the service yard, you can dry your clothes faster too
Though the main bedroom may be abit hot throughout the night, juz switch on the aircon ba..

the buildings around that area are all quite high
around 18-20 lvls
I was expecting good views like you
but when I went up to lvl 20 in blk 84 right beside, I was disappointed... can barely see anything other than more buildings. The other side can only see trees, can't see beyond the hill

Oic bro.. I actually thought since some blocks are like 16 levels.. Higher levels of the bto can see beyond those blocks. Sounds like tbh has got no good views liao? Since cannot see beyond the hill also.. Tot might just see the depot bto. Haha

Oic bro.. I actually thought since some blocks are like 16 levels.. Higher levels of the bto can see beyond those blocks. Sounds like tbh has got no good views liao? Since cannot see beyond the hill also.. Tot might just see the depot bto. Haha

those blocks might be up to lvl 16 but still got water tank at the roof... so to be safe u need at least lvl 18 and above? I also noticed that there is a new Skyline residences under construction near the hawker center.

This means that the entire sea view will get blocked by the all the tall buildings - harbour view towers, skyline residences, telok blangah towers and reflections at keppel.... So don't expect too much

The pricing for the 4blocks facing Waterway is $2-10k more Compared to other blocks(Depend on the level). Ex. Blk 316B 5th level price at $540K while Blk 314A 5th floor price at $344k only. Pricing are the same with or w/o balcony.

I notice that the pricing for #711 & #709(4th flr & below) has a different of $6k. Both units are facing Waterway. Anybody know y there's a diff in their pricing??

I think you mean $100k to $200k more? Mother of god!

The lower price could be some concern that being near water and low level, mosquitoes may bleed.

General, 5-8 consider Mid floor, >9 consider high floor.

The 'Indicative' price range for 4rm was "$310,000 - $379,000", as stated in the website.

Blk 316B - unit 709 / 711 - for level 5 - $350600 ( 709 no balcony / 711 w balcony ) price same.
Blk 314A - unit 603 - for level 5 - $344400 ( w balcony )
- unit 607 - for level 5 - $326100

Facing school
Blk 315B - unit 673/675 - for level 5 - $338300

If compare unit 607 is cheaper than 673/675.
