for the unit facing, look at the layout of the unit, ex. For the 1st row infront of Waterway, all windows (living room and bedrooms ) are facing the Waterway.

my q is 11, selection on coming monday yep i rec the booklet on Mon night, just a week b4 selection. u chose Clementi too? haix now worried; afraid my HLE cant loan enough coz i applying alone...

my q is 5x clementi 3rm, selection on 13th.. havent receive the booklet..

My appt date is on 24sept. Yes, the booklet did show which are the units with balconies. But with without balconies doesn't bother me anyway.

Most probably taking the DH due to the pricing as it is cheaper by abit and also of the school development opposite the house.

Still deciding whether I should take TB because of the open carpark nearby which can save abit when getting season parking heheheh..
