Simple layman economics...With every BTO launch, there are new applicants and people from previous BTOs...the number gets more and more... supply not able to keep up with demand, pushing prices higher and higher...

Only the richest survive sia... sigh.

seems like July BTO will launch most likely between 26July to 30July... but does anyone know if there will be launch of SoBF? or when will be the next SoBF?

This is the problem created by the govt. esp that ******** Horse face MBT. his wife is only a pr if anything happen he can run to australia wif his family. anyway, the current ***** is not 50k-100k bto flats within few months to absorb the excessive demand instead of releasing in batches slowly. Why is it so? coz they wanna milk everyone dry and prevent the housing market from correcting to the acceptable level for the commoners. this is to protect the pte govt interest and the rich pte sectors related to property so they can contd get enormous profit from selling properties to locals and PR. the rich will not be affected by the correction as they have the ability to hold the property but not commoner like us.

The current p$p needed to be ass off asap. too bad so many daft singaporeans in spore thinking the new p$p is the same as the old p$p.

Sale of balance flats could be launching in Sept which is around the same period as last year.

Today is the last Wednesday of July... Wondering would hdb launch the July bto today???

I'm also wondering...
The previous BTO was launched on a wednesday 6pm.. so probably we can check again later..
