Do anyone of u think if the price will be slighly lower for Jul BTO, as compared to May BTO?
Cos the sites are all not near to MRT.

okay i cant confirm, what i understand from the hdb website is that signing of agreement form is after you book a flat right? or is it when the hdb is build and ready then you sign the agreement?

U will sign the agreement of lease after booking your flat.
This normally happens after 3-4 months of booking the flat.
