I went to see the site too. It's really wulu to me..
If I'm not wrong, there ain't a single coffeeshop.
Yup no coffeeshop you will have to either take a bus up to Clementi or down to Jurong East for food...

Based on previous BTO release days, they normally launch on Wednesdays.
Hope they will launch soon, I'm so tired of waiting and waiting.

Was thinking of getting Clementi... it is at my SO parents estate but im sure the price is gonna be OMG .. haha unless money drop from heaven haha

My views on the clementi site.
1. Middle of nowhere, between Clementi and Jurong East.
2. Quiet, greenery, isolated area
3. Next to running tracks leading to nearby sunsetway
4. Some may not like the temple, and oppt nearby industries
5. If built 40 storeys will have fantastic views of Timah and Jurong new development and seaview of west coast. as surrounding are low landed housing.
6. Those driving may like this area as they do not need the MRT, seeking a quiet area in a mature estate. Even if do not drive, its just 2 bus stops away to MRT which is like 500m away only?
7. The Jurong development with gateway mall, Jurong gem, Jcube, jurong hospital and many new commercial buidings will be the biggest draw.

Guess it might be a tough fight for only 270 units of 3R & 4R..
hmm but it is gd la... near to future Jurong CBD as well... so even if the price is high, the value will rise quickly...

The discussion for july's bto seems to be not as active to that of May's! Could it be due to the lack of interest? Or?
Got a terrible queue no. For BL and MT, will try for bukit merah this time around. Fingers crossed!
