I used to be excited abt Eyeing which unit to choose but after umpteen failures, I lost hope. Hahahas. Now can get a queue no. Very contented already. Keep it up!!

as appt date is in late sept =( most of the better units have already been taken. thinking if i did not turn up for the appointment how ah? got penalty?

If its the first time u rejecting an appt, there is no penalty. However, if it's the 2nd time, u would be downgraded to 2nd timer.

Based on May BTO, results was release at 4pm
Not too sure if it will be the same anot though..

If this is ur first time rejecting, no worry, there is no penalty.
If it is ur 2nd time, still no worry.... u lost your first timer priority and become 2nd timer.
Nothing is worst than if u go down for appt, make a booking and paid the 2k but end up, u wanted to change ur mind and cancel off. U will be banned 1 year buying from hdb.
