i applied clementi gateway 4 room flat and got a queue number 100 plus which is within the 144 units allocated.

But the problem is that I currently own a hdb flat which is bought direct from hdb 5 years ago in commonwealth. I can only sell it off after I collect keys to the new place so how does the loan work out to be?

can check on hdb website , click MY HDBpage then use your singpass to log in,you can find it under my flat--new flat.

I only manage to see the mention of end aug to sep but NO exact date

if the picture at hdb website is correct, i dont think there are so many balcony units leh..

according to the picture, u can see those at the masterbedroom side has a different shade of color and it looks like balcony, those are the ones. but i am not sure how accurate is this picture.
