i believe he means the HDB appt date under myHDB login.

Which block will you choose? i prefer telok blangah and looking at the price.... level 10 is selling at 500k already. sigh

telok blangah got views blocked on all directions regardless of level...
depot heights got fantastic view! can even see singapore flyer

refer to call to HDB for same question on mar12,they said estimate completion date is construction finish the project date( construction company pass the project to HDB),delivery possession date is deadline of HDB pass unit to owners .

i applied for the 3 room. U can log in to HDb website >>> New Flat.
from there u can see the dates

i know but the status is still the same as the ballot number. not updated yet unlike the 4 rooms. im not sure about 3 rooms either.
