Clementi Gateway 4-room: 30 selected out of 35 queue number. I'm surprised by the attrition rate.

All the good -117 units have been chosen. Looks like I'll be picking -119 units with setting sun, and paying the same price as -117...

ya..117, 18th up to 38th are taken...

So depressing seeing all good units taken up one by one. Seems like there is 1 drop out today, hoping for more drop outs to come since good units no. 117 with good view are mostly taken.

Arghhhhh...Still got ard 3 more weeks then my turn.. Sigh

#119 main bedroom got afternoon sun, the heat will retain in the wall thus bedroom will be warm when you return home after work, whereas #117 units are not affected.

A very late update from hdb at ard 8pm, the last person has selected their unit, so no drop out today. 11 out of 11 selected their flat. Sad...

Yup, -119 has afternoon sun in master bedroom but priced same as -117.

Yes, you can still proceed to apply for other BTO. No problem.

CSO`S reply always agak lar,refer to chia chia `s reply by hdb ,selection will start on 13sep12,so 3d model out on this week with reasonable.
