Both tenders for Opal and Cascadia are awarded to the respective developers.

Hi people, I just want to check something. How come I got an appointment to select a flat from this punggol opal project? Is it normal for such cases to happen?:s11:

They are bundle together as 1 BTO. So if the Cascadia is fully booked, you will only get to choose Opal.

Dear all

How do i check the status of the BTO flat? the flat should be ready this year, but i have to receive any thing . Sohow do i check the status? how do i check whether could i renovate my new BTO flat?
