KFC and Pizza Hut in Singapore may have just undergone one of the most momentous break-up in history: instead of Pepsi, the fast food chains are now serving Coke with their food.
The delivery website for both brands now reflect coke on its menu, although KFC still lists Pepsi as the accompaniment to selected one pax set meals.
In response to queries from Mothership, KFC confirmed that it has partnered with Coca-Cola to "refresh its beverage options."
While KFC had already begun pairing its fried chicken with coke as early as the start of July, a spokesperson for the brand explained that Coke was then available at most of its outlets, but not all.
The complete transition took place on July 20, 2022, and the Pepsi listings on KFC's website are expected to be removed by "the end of the week."
Mothership has reached out to Pizza Hut and Coca-Cola for more information.
KFC and Pizza Hut Singapore are under the same parent company, Yum! Brands.
The corporation also operates Taco Bell and WingStreet globally, except China.
They should pair with monster drink instead...https://mothership.sg/2022/07/kfc-pizza-hut-coke-pepsi/

Personally, I feel that this is a mistake. All these while, Pepsi has been associated with KFC and Pizza Hut, whereas Coca Cola has been associated with KFC's competitor.
Coca Cola tastes better than Pepsi.
Now that KFC is also using Coca Cola for its beverages, I would have to decide between KFC and KFC's competitor.
Unlike last time, when I would usually go to KFC's competitor, unless KFC's competitor is crowded, since KFC and KFC's competitor usually open rival outlets within walking distance from each other.
Now have to make a choice, would really be a burden.![]()

thought Yum! brands is under Pepsi Fastfood division....?
While Pepsi currently does not own these restaurants, they once did. Pepsi decided to spin off Taco Bell, KFC, and Pizza Hut into their own publicly traded company in 1997. The spin off was called Tricon Global Restaurants. The Tricon name later changed to the current Yum! Brands.

singapore only or worldwide?
No, YHS lost the Pepsi bottling licence, Pepsi shifted it to their new Malaysian bottler. Then YHS won the logistics contract from Coca Cola to help Coke physically distribute their products, Coca Cola Singapore remains the official distributor.Pepsi in SG still under YHS franchise isn’t it ? But Coke now bottled in Malaysia under Coca Cola subsidiary, maybe a lot of cheaper
