KL or Batam?

I have one week of leave to clear in May. Planning on a solo short trip nearby as I already have a longer trip planned in Oct.

I did some research. Transport and hotel costs roughly the same. So question is KL or Batam more interesting and fun to you?

Just stay Singapore sua. Both places need spend brain power to entertain yourself. Not suitable for plug and play mindset.

yes the ferry tickets already almost the same as flight (return)...
I rather take flight to KL.
