Currently its 10 groups of buyers at any point in time, not 10 pax haha. If 10pax in SF maybe preview until May also havent finish /:



But the situation is changing almost everyday, we'll never know what's gonna happen(everyday got new set of information & regulations from developer). Just got to adapt when information's released lo

10 groups of buyers would not be in compliance with the latest advisories if each group is more than 2pax together with agent, the SF would have a congregation of more than 30 pax easily.

Maybe they should just push back launch date, in light of the virus situation.

That's true, adding in security/cleaning/front desk helpers there'll be much more than 30pax. Today and tomorrow's preview on as per normal, friday onwards to be announced again. Will update when I get any news


wouldnt be surprised if developers decides on online streaming/virtual tour to showcase SF units then buyers book online, or like you say push back the launch to a later date
