Pricing will be released tomorrow, IF I never hear wrongly buyers will submit 6(SIX) unit choices then dev will release the pricing just for those units. But tbh that’s pretty screwed up so I’m not sure if that’ll change.

Demand-based on the past 30mins I was there, long queues. Don’t think they can finish keying in all the cheques by 9pm to start the ballot(but like what the rest mentioned, dropping cheque doesn’t mean they’ll be buying for sure)

Is that normal process to release price for 6 only... making me feel they are indeed cornering prospective buyers..
Strange my agent haven’t call me yet to update

Sounds pretty strange for me as well, that was what happened for 4/5bedroom types tho. They only released prices for units that we asked for, didnt send out the whole price list.(not sure if it'll be the same for 1-3bedder)

no worries im not supposed to know all that info as well. your agent hardworking, submit cheque early not like me wait until last minute have to rush down submit then overheard convos haha :s13: (he/she will prolly update you soon)

i think launching a development during such uncertain times could turn out really good or really bad - on one hand there's the obvious uncertainty with the covid-19 outbreak and the likely ensuing recession. yet on the other, dev will also know ppl are always looking out for a good bargain.

so all in all, they wouldnt want to be the first one to reveal their card in this game.

think have further revised my limit DOWNWARD to $2,250 psf!! hahaha

It seems like some pricing are already out though, and there seems to be a “discount” for the bigger units

That means demand not so good
Hate it if psf been 1-2 bedders and 3-4 bedders too high
Does it mean 3-4 bedders got a chance at 2000psf?

From what i see 3-4 bedroom start about 2300psf for mid floor 4 bedroom.

if 4-5 bdr's psf was priced lower than 1-2bdr i will give my cheque already. 2300psf too high for me to go for it at current situation. 2200psf sound worth a try.

My slot is around noonish which my agent said is already out of the 1st 50

But apparently it’s from 930am to 730pm

Hopefully if the price list comes out at 8am then I don’t have to even leave my house if the pricing is not good. Since 4th batch I have not much hope on choice units...

4th batch means what? How many in each?

I think stack 15 (4 bedroom pool view) low to mid floor is abt 22xxpsf.

Buyers will be allocated in batches in terms of timeslot(timeslot given is based off the balloting done ytd)

930
1030
1130
1230
etc

*based on my own estimation*, roughly 20+/30 per batch

prices are released already

Reckon that if sales could cross 100 units at Kopar would be considered a stellar achievement in current climate.
