For a stack that is sold out, there will be people that are waiting for agent to contact them when a unit becomes available. All it takes is a phone call. With schools and work place shut, all the more those “working from home” can go down anytime to sign.

I went to visit and I Compare it with my current place.

Kopar (CCR) vs mine (OCR):

Toto vs Grohe
Porcelain tile vs Marble floor
Intergrated fridge vs standalone fridge
2.7-2.9m ceiling vs 3.2m ceiling
Bedroom, Engineered timber vs Hardwood
Mitsubishi aircon vs Daikin
Oven vs Microwave oven

Back to topic, I don’t think Toto sanitaryware and ceiling height will be main considerations of most buyers. Those that are interested in the location will still buy.

How many units sold thus far?
Would expect the one and two bedroom (below 10floor) units to be sold out first, just curious on the sale of stack 13 two bed two bath below 10 floors all sold?

$2,300 is fair when compared to other new launches TODAY.. Few months down the road, when the weaker developers start giving discounts, the fair value may change.

And when Kopar becomes a 5 YO resale, I can’t guarantee that you will be able to sell higher than goodwood residences or Trilight.

This actually makes sense (but deleted the other comments)

Stack 17 need to be high floor for the view. Otherwise, low floor facing Newton Circus is kinda miserable

Those who bought the 2 bedder deluxe could be mainly for self stay. Thus, facing could be something that mean a lot to them. One forumer here has clearly indicated he is aiming at stack 13 pool view unit.
However, imo, I felt that it’s safer to go for lower quantum (ie lower floor, non premium facing) if u want to buy this project.
Buying this project for investment and the M is similar, u buy the location, not so much on the facing.

feel a bit wasted that i didnt get #05-13.. now a bit itchy..

toyed with the idea of #04-13 but parents now no longer support because of "#04"
