Let me put it as such; the discount anyone from any agency also can give. It depends on who's willing and how much :D therefore i'm not special at all, just at a different stage in the career

That will probably get us the lan-poon though.

Low floor, facing condo entrance etc.

Someone debated this before already.

Will u choose to stay in the worst facing unit in one of the best location or do u choose to stay in the best facing unit in not so good location.

Really up to individual.

The 1BR (which I am eyeing) either face condo entrance or stack 14 :s22: sian.

Can I ask what you consider as low floor? I currently live in HDB above 5th floor but my block isn’t that high. And I don’t like heights la haha. So I’m curious as to others’ view of “low”. Certainly 1-3...

I malay and I don’t mind Low floor unit. ;) joke aside

Current place I’m staying only got 5 floors of which highest floor house the penthouse.

Kopar stack 4 & 5 faces the main entrance directly. I will Probbaly pick level 5

The facing I cannot tolerate is either facing the bin or substation.
Other than that, a bit of west sun is ok to me. I always choose mid floor. 6th floor or slightly above.
Because 1-5th floor consider Low floor when advertising your property in the prop guru.

I think 1-5 is low floor, 6-10 is mid floor, 11 above is high floor.

If one look at URA caveat lodged floors are also segregated to 1-5, 6-10,11-15,16-20 in segregation of 5 per bloc.

Personally in favour of higher floors, so would choose one above level 10.

I would not mind low floor unit if it's a PC for self stay :s13:

Okay I appreciate your opinion! Ya i don't want to 'target' the higher floors as it means more kaching! $_$ must see how the developer does the actual pricing too.

Okie. Ya my own home is mid-floor, then :D Comfortable enough. Thanks for your sharing about the prop guru point.

Is there a way to check the bin / substation for new launch? Ask agent? I see the 'bin centre' and 'substation' is located a little far away, but do we consider the bins within the unit itself? Thanks again :D

I got height phobia lei... Haha, personal opinion aside, I think above 10 floor will be more expensive (stating common sense, silly me)...

Also, thank you for sharing that! :s13: Kopar got 23 floors.

The site plan of every new projects will always indicate where the substation or bin is located.
I remember Park colonial got one 3 bedder unit dirt cheap, Low floor facing substation, only 15xxpsf. I strongly advice against my cousin to buy that unit when she seems so impressed with the price.
You must ask yourself, Next time sell to who? Lol.

Okie. Yes, I found it on the site plan. I didn't even notice such details until you pointed it out. Hence... thank you again! learning a lot from you guys. No wonder my agent said I didn't ask a lot. lol.

Currently living >25th floor and >15th in my HDB days, so a bit hard to go below now :( but of cos, personal preference la

At this rate, I might just end up buying ASR lol

Perhaps you can build invisible grilles to help curb that phobia while enjoying the view?
