If want eat ssikek ($24++?), avoid the small branches like Tampines One, the bigger branches are way better like United Square at Novena

Not that it's bad... but it's like a huge difference when I went to Novena one having always eaten at Tampines One branch

around $24++, it's quite cheap.

And I recommend go to the Novena one, you won't regret :3.

Actually I have no idea, I only got experience at Novena and Tampines one haha.

Tampines branch is damn small, they actually have to rotate the food coz not enough space...

Been to the one at Chinatown. I think it is fine. Some of the regulars at this forum have been there a few times I believe. :)

Their Chinatown branch is very decent, I would say it's probably the best and most popular out of all their branches.

Difference lies in the ventilation and service, in my opinion. The Chinatown branch has decent ventilation, compared to the Novena branch where my shirt stank from that greasy BBQ smell, it's way less pronounced at the Chinatown branch, the air-conditioner is cooler as well.

Service at Novena and Tampines was quite bad, you have to ask multiple times to get them to change the foil, in Chinatown they automatically change it every 30 to 45 minutes, if I remember correctly. Didn't even have to ask once.

Is the food nice?

For the price, it's decent enough. Meat is marinated well. One of the better Korean BBQ joints out there in their price range.

so its service that is diff? food the same?

Even though the food is the same, I would still say avoid the Tampines branch as that place is just too small to accomodate that they actually have to rotate the food. The rest is okay I think.

More or less. Beverages might differ according to branch. I recommend you go to the Chinatown branch, do make sure to get a reservation in case you don't wanna wait. Note that you are given a time limit of two hours within their premises.

All of their branches have time limits AFAIK. Haven't been to the Bras Basah branch before, so I can't comment. Nice location though, right next to the National Library Building.

I went to the Novena and Chinatown branches recently, all got time limit. Double standards much!

i believe they only enforce that if they are full house? went to chinatown one during weekdays lunch a few times, half empty, never got chased out.
