for your stated dates,

Departure from Changi range from 0745hrs to 2225hrs.
Departure from KL ranges from 0625hrs to 2050hrs.

That's the date i got from Air Asia promo site.
airasia.com/site/sg/en/promotion.jsp?reference=rr083

You can take a look. =)

does air asia allow arrive early and leave late? eg arrive 8am, depart 10pm.
my feel is, we'd like to maximise our time stay. though coach may take some time to travel, but at least it allows the flexibility. last i took a coach, i arrived kl at 5am, reach back sg at 3am. heh...

normal coach ticket selling from $26 to $60 depends on the bus condition. Like Meridian Holidays departing to KL, if you buy 2 weeks before departure, you can get the tickets @ $26. Golden coach express(formely Alisan express) selling @$28. This can be bought at www.busonlineticket.com

Some buses like Transtar or Aeroline selling tickets @ higher price, but there is personal TV and meal in the bus..

jln tun razak -> jln pahang -> duke highway -> karak highway -> genting

Yes but may not be the best route. If you gone up using middle ring road, same way down and look for exit on left to city.

Depend on your speed. I usually take about 45 minutes to an hour, but I use the route via batu cave.

For first timer not confusing getting into KL city. It's only confusing made worst with the frustrating jam when you are around or inside the city proper.

Food on board Transtar really varies. Also depends on what "class" you are seating.

My last trip back to SG was Delifrance croissant.

They will serve you hot drinks after meal and give you a small pack of biscuit.

Many routes from karak hwy lead into the city. Depends on which part of the city you way to go to.

Ask yourself, why do you want to buy from there? How much do you hope to save and thus is it worth the while?

Well, of course you are not going there specifically to buy it. Is it worth the while since you have doubts about their being authentic and the warranty. Thus it is
1) how much do you hope to save?
vs
2) is it worth the while with those doubts?
