Over my place got lot of works KIV for multiple years. Then suddenly end of last year and beginning of the year lots of activity and construction. They think people really stupid don’t know why stunt they are trying to pull meh? The TC and stat board sleep for 4 years then near to GE start to work.

I also get to work during election year.
I never submitted so many OneService reports within a single year before. It's a bit sad that this is how our civil service works, but you got to work with what is there. Oh wells.

But my TC is really a TCSS TC... most jlb among all. Best they can usually commit is will consult, will monitor, etc.
I think I don't mind letting NSP or SDP have a try at running the TC... but still hoping my TC will buck up and prove me wrong.
