Interestingly my HDB estate already has lot of BMW 7 series, Mercs S class and some Porsches.

Last month a new neighbour moved in with a Lamborghini Adventador.

Why are so many rich moving into prime district HDB? Means what ?

Mayb rent out all private property and stay in hdb.. recently knew one.. open pub one said he have 2 condos.. but he stay in his hdb at seng Kang.. as he rent out the other 2..

I also know people like that. Can tell me the condo too small to stay.. rent out to single expat.

Yea HDB carpark. Got another one is Ferrari, opposite yew tee mrt one. Think quite prominent cos it parks near the overhead bridge carpark.
