I tend to find my vision more blurry in the morning and it will get slightly better in the afternoon. During the first 2 months at work I had to zoom in to 400% on my excel because the numbers "3", "6" and "8" looks very similar to me!!

Haha happy recovering!

Hahaha. Tks~~:s13:

Helllo, does anybody have the referral for Shinagawa?
Also has anyone tried the other doctor, Dr Jovina at Shinagawa?
And how was the experience so far - during and after surgery
Thank you

thanks for sharing your experience with Clearvision on the forum. I am thinking to go with them for a transprk procedure. May i ask how long did it take for you to regain full sight and would you recommend the procedure with DR Ho? Quite nervous here to be honest and doing as much research as i can... a first hand review would definitely do me some good.

Lastly, if i may, will you be able to share your name as a referral for the procedure?

Thanks in advance and hope to hear from you.

Hi Sam,

I'm currently 2 months post op and i already regain about 80% of my vision back. Dr Ho is quite good. From during the surgery to post op. I just went for my post op review today and he helps me to double check my eyes thoroughly as i was feeling pain in my left eye cuz of the dry eyes due to my work. During surgery he will also make u feel relax. If you are scared on the op table, you can actually ask them for a stuff toy to hug:s13:

I actually didnt go for any other evaluation test. Only went straight for clearvision after i attended his talk. He will answer all of your concerns regarding the procedure after the talk. You can try other clinics evaluation test too but im not sure about their post op service. I will PM you for the referral.

How many follow-up do you guys went for before getting released?

Was thinking of skipping my follow-up appointment. Feeling rather pointless and not very helpful.

The eyedrop given caused eyes to be blurry too.

follow up is just for them to check if your flap is open, which you can actually feel it yourself.
other than that nothing much, i stop going after 6months follow up.

Hi, anyone did ur Transprk with Dr ho at clearvision? Would really need your reviews.

I have actually scheduled my surgery with him in June but am getting nervous.😂

How's your tranksprk experience with Dr ho and how's your post-op results like now? I think my biggest concern would be the post-op blurry vision.

Thanks alot in advance!

I have wrote a review on page 90 in this thread I think, can take a look or you could scroll through this thread for some more reviews from other people.

Are you a working adult or student? The post op blur might take a few weeks to get better and eventually have a stable vision. But for the first few days of post op, try to take MC and avoid work until doctor say is okay. Important thing about these kind of procedures is the post op care, whether you are disciplined in following the doctor instructions e.g. don't go out in the sun, wear sunglasses and cap etc.

thanks for ur reply! I'm a working adult and yes I saw your review :) can I ask if you have an overcorrection in your post-op degree? Dr ho recommend an overcorrection of 0.25 for my right eye and undercorrection of 0.25 for my left. My current degree is on the high side, -9.00 for left and -8.50 for right with slight astig.

Kind of nervous about his care towards his patients as my evaluation with him was super fast. He seemed to be in a hurry to end the evaluation (I saw some ppl saying they have experienced that as well)

Nope there was no over or under correction for me. Since I am not an eye doctor, I can't really comment on what he suggested. What I would say is do research and clarify any doubts with him before doing it because ultimately you have to feel okay to do the procedure.

While I guess he is a human after all, can't really fault him since he has many patients as well. For me I felt okay about his aftercare nothing much to complain. Sometimes he does rush through but when I had questions he would answer it. So always clarify and ask him questions if you are not sure.

With referral code, is it cheaper to visit private vs NEC for lasik? :o
Try not to put a price tag on such procedures. What you should be looking for instead is doctor with vast amount of experience and whether you trust the doctor. So go to a few different places for check ups and chat with the doctors on your doubts. That would give you more clarity and confidence in the doctor.

There are referral codes for cheaper check ups for private clinic on the internet, can look for it. Not sure about SNEC.
