I think nutrition also important. Take omega 3 to reduce symptoms of dry eyes. Or possibly the supps on iherb dedicated to eye health.
Better to eat fresh vegetables, especially carrots.
I'm going for lasik at eagle eye soon.Cant wait for the spects-less days again.
Decided on eagle eye after reading up in forums. They seem to have good reviews in terms of doctors skills and customer service.
Sian just went today & they told me got 1.5% chance of developing post lasik ectasia even with cross linking due to my high myopia & an abnormal cornea shape. Guess i was too dissapointed after hearing the news that i forgot to ask him what other options are there.
i am fearing for the worst. i hope my operation is a success. its been about 3.5hrs since i came out from the op theatre. my eyes are still blood shot. i am not sure if this is common. ...i really hope i dont need to do recorrection surgery
hey guys any one of you have this issue whereby your cornea asgti and your lenticular asgti is degree is too far apart?
For eg my asgti is 425, cornea is asgti is 275 lenticular asgti is 150.
I was rejected by shinagawa citing reason by the doctor that lasik only fix the cornea asgti, after which i would have lenticular asgti of 150 which would essentially means i would be have 150 degree asgti after surgery. Which of course that defeats the purpose of doing lasik.
However, when i went to LSC for 2nd opinion, i was told that i was given the green light.
I'm very puzzled here. Does that means that the machine in LSC is able to fix lenticular asgti?
Someone with the knowledge kindly advise please? Your input would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance
